The location is super convenient with easy access to transportation and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, providing great suggestions for shopping.

We had a wonderful 5, day stay at Housez Suites & Apartments Special Class. the staff, especially Salat, was friendly and helpful, even assisting us with our baggage. the rooms were outstanding, equipped with a neat kitchenette and all the necessary amenities. the 24, hour service was exceptional, and the location was perfect for exploring the non, touristy parts of the city. We also appreciated the free tea/coffee and the warm welcome with a fruit tray. Cons: No issues 😊.

The room was quiet, spacious, immaculate; the bed very comfortable. The breakfast very healthy and substantial. The staff unobtrusive and helpful in any way I required.

Not as close to Taksim Square as some might like, but close to the water and some other interesting areas.

It was excelent, the satff was very freindly, professional, and helpful day and night shifts. The room is sapcious, clean, and very comfortable, good for families with kids. The kitchen is an nice extra where you can prepare small dishes and make you feel at home. The Internet is free wireless and wired with a good coverage in all the hotel. The facilities are excellent: locker, lcd tv (not and old model as the picture), ..... the breakfast was excellent with a good quality of food, but a bit repetitive. So definitely it will be my place for my next trip to Istanbul

The only one thing and it's not complain but an info, that the hotel is situated in a hard slope, so be prepared to make some physical activity if will walk back to the hotel.

During my stay at Housez Suites & Apartments Special Class, I was impressed with the hotel's amenities and the condition of the room. The room itself was in excellent condition and had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and there was ample storage space for my belongings. I appreciated the attention to detail in providing a pleasant and convenient stay.

While the overall experience at Housez Suites & Apartments Special Class was positive, there was one minor issue that I encountered. As in virtually all Istanbul, the traffic around the hotel was quite challenging.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable and were including all the equipment that was stated. We have not used the kitchen for cooking purposes but was enough to cook a meal for two or three as long as it is not a complicated dish. Next time we plan to use it for some local tastes...

The rooms can be noisy in the morning traffic. The cars, unfortunately uses their horns very much and there is a bus route passing by though at nights it is quiet and there is not much traffic. So unless you plan to wake up a little late this road noise is not much of a problem.

Comfortable and spacious. This apartment hotel provides a large sitting area, with desk as well as a walk-in robe and small kitchen area. Very good bathroom. While the location is not so central, this provides an opportunity to see another side of Istanbul. Two buses go up the very steep one-way street and returning via the 'teleferik' was fun. The rate offered via booking was good as I booked some months in advance. I would stay here again.

An iron and ironing board would be a nice addition. I'd also have like the option not to have clean towels every day.

The wifi was a bit unreliable and the breakfast options were limited. It would have been nice to have a 24-hour restaurant for in-room dining.

Good for family stay because a room has dining equipments. Access for city trip is easy.

The accommodation came with a cozy lounge area where we could relax and watch movies on the flat-screen TV. The kids loved having a DVD player, which kept them entertained during our downtime. The spaciousness of the room was perfect for our large family, allowing us to move around comfortably. the amenities provided a homely atmosphere that made our stay memorable.

In my wife's opinion, it would have been great if the hotel had a designated play area for children.

Lovely hotel & staff were very helpfull ,I arrive very early in the morning & they accomedate me on arrival. I really recommend this hotel due to location,comfort & cleanliness of the room

Very clean, organized, big room, has a kitchen, Free internet, nice breakfast, beautiful location, bathroom well equipped. We could find everything we wanted in the room. We could even cook a meal if we wanted.

Some friends sent us a message but we didn't received even after we ask for it.
